§ Curriculum

The programme, outlined.

  1. 01

Week 1 — The prompt as form

What a prompt is as a piece of writing. Reading generative work critically; first exercises with the models.

  2. 02

Week 2 — Writing against the model

Using the machine as an adversary — drafts the model can't produce, and what that teaches about your voice.

  3. 03

Week 3 — Editing the machine

The editor's seat: taking generated text apart, keeping what earns its place, cutting the slop.

  4. 04

Week 4 — The public reading

Each participant reads a finished piece and shows its process. Open to the Centre.
