Film Studio Residency

Two filmmakers, three months, one funded proof reel. The residency is quiet by design — script room in the morning, editing suite in the afternoon, a working camera on Fridays. Ends with a private industry screening in Abuja.

§ Curriculum

The programme, outlined.

  1. 01

    Month 1 — The script room

    Story structure, rewrites and table reads with the story editor. You leave the month with a locked draft.

  2. 02

    Month 2 — The look-book

    Visual language, references, casting and location scouts. Camera tests on Fridays; a finished look-book by month's end.

  3. 03

    Month 3 — The proof reel

    Shoot days, the edit suite, sound and grade — closing with a private industry screening in Abuja.
